BRUSSELS - Sales at Brussels Livestock for the week ending June 12, 1998.

Stockers: 609
All classes of fed steers and heifers sold on a strong active trade. Cows sold steady. On
'Thursday the veal traded 53 to 55 higher, with the lambs selling 55 higher. On Friday all
claves of stockers sold 52 to$3 higher.
There were 316 steers on offer selling from 92.00 to 98.00 to the high 01106.00.
Forty-three steers consigned by Larry Ryan. Crediton averaging 1563 lbs. sold for an av-
erage of 96.35 with a limo weighing 1405 lbs. selling at 106.00 to Dominion Meat Packers.
Thirty-two steers consigned by Cunningham Farms, Lucan averaging 1305 lbs. sold for
an average of 94.86 with a black steer weighing 1440 lbs. selling at 101.00 to M.G.I. Pack-
ers.
Ten steers consigned by David Bowles, Brussels averaging 1386 lbs. sold for a average
of 94.21 with sales to 99.25.
Nine steers consigned by Allan Judge, Caledon East averaging 1489 lbs. sold for an av-
erage of 90.94 with sales to 98.00.
