Capsule Comments with Ernie Miatello Soy protein contains substances that can help increase bone mass, reduce menopausal symp- toms and even lower cholesterol. If you don't like tofu, try protein isolate powder. Make a milk shake with 2 scoops of soy powder, some low fat ice cream and chocolate syrup. This will give 20 mg of soy protein/shake, Semolina flour is made from durum wheat that has -had most of its fiber removed. If you like pasta, look for the whole wheat va- rieties and get the benefit of increased fiber content.
