Thursday evening the residents and approximately 25' family and friends of resident Marguerite (Marg) Hedley and her husband Robert of Dashwood gathered in the auditorium to celebrate the cou- ples' 57 years of marriage. Daugh- ter Brenda Winhold of Blackie, Al- berta was held up at Toronto airport and missed the evening celebra- tions, however she is here for the summer months with her daughters • and will have plenty of time to cel- ebrate. The Varna Hay Seeds provided entertainment. Friday afternoon the St. Boniface School Choir entertained the resi- dents under the direction of Amy Rau. Sandra Regier and Shelley Hoffman. The students played the Karoo and sang many popular songs. Residents who attended Sunday morning service at Zurich Mennon- ite Church were Margaret Iless, Marie Gingrich. Philippa Steckle, Mable Riley and Clara Hamilton. Condolences to the family and friends of the late Dorothy Eileen Hayter who passed away at BWRH on Sunday, June 7 in her 80th year.
