Boys ruggers fall at London Cup
LONDON - South Huron's senior and junior boys rugby teams had a
tough weekend at the London Cup on the weekend.
Both teams were blanked in their two games. The seniors fell 25-0 to
Brebeaf and 29-0 to Clarke Rd. The juniors lost 22-0 to Stratford North-
western and -29-0 to Holy Cross.
Coach Terry O'Rourke said his teams were up against strong competi-
tion and the lack of quality practice time was "very evident."
The senior boys and the girls host St. Marys today, the girls at 2 p.m.
and the boys to follow. South Huron's three rugby teams finished the sea-
son with Huron-Perth/WOSSA competition at Northwestern on May 27.
