A new partnership will allow the eight hospitals to channel more money into patient services

Firefighters control blaze in strong winds
HAY TOWNSHIP - The Exeter
and Area Fire Department ex-
tinguished a blaze at the farm of Pe-
ter Schroeders two and one-half
miles north of Exeter' in Hay Town-
ship on Friday afternoon.
Schroeders was renovating a barn
and had made a large pile of debris.
Sparks from a small garbage fire ig-
nited,the larger pile.
Firefighters prevented damage to
the nearby barn and remained on
the scene for two hours. A strong
easterly wind fanned the flames to-
wards the barn. -
Chief John Morgan said the de-
partment had planned a controlled
burn of the debris the'previous-eve-
ning but postponed it because of the
