STYLISH STARTER HOME
Low square footage and a simple foundation plan make this design an ideal choice for
those just entering the new home market. An efficient layout proves that style and comfort.
don't have to be sacrificed when size is a relevant factor.
An open plan concept creates a more spacious atmosphere. The living and dining room
together provide a comfortable area for entertaining. The family room, partially open to
both the kitchen and living room, offers an equally comfortable. less formal gathering
place.
A large front sundeck can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. The •
master bedroom boasts a three piece ensuite, a walk-in closet, a boxed out feature
window, and a vaulted ceiling.
The basement shows a finished foyer, den, and utility room, as well as a suggested
bedroom and bathroom layout for when time and finances allow.
Plans for BG -117 may be obtained for $355.00 for a package of five complete sets of
working prints and $30.00 for each additional set of the same plan. Allow $15.00 extra to
cover the Cost of postage and handling (B.C. residents add applicable sales tax to plan
total) (All Canadian residents add 7% GST to plan total plus postage and handling).

catalogue: Basement Entry and Cathedral Entry which is available for $8.51 including
