A copy of the draft by-law is attached for your information • - DATED AT THE TOWNSHIP OF TUCKERSMITH - THIS 25th DAY OF February, 1998. J.R. McLachlan . Clerk, Township of Tuckersmith GMB 117, R.R. #5, - Clinton, Ont.. - - NOM 1L0 (519) 482-9523 PURPOSE AND EFFECT The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would change the minimum lot depth in a Village Residential - Low Density (VR1) zone from 46 -metres (150 feet) to 40 metres (132 feet). This rezoning would affect all lands in the Township Of Tuckersmith which are zoned as Village Residential - Low Density (VR1). The VR1 lands are in the villages and hamlets of Brucefield, Egmondville, Harpurhey and Kippen and in the area south of Clinton. The rezoning is required since many urban Ibts in the original plans of subdivision are 40 metres or 132 feet in-depth. The current minimum depth of .46 metres (150 feet) is excessive -and the change does not reduce -the minimum required lot size.
