Page 3 Funding returns for Internet access project at Huron libraries EXETER - Matt Seabrook is back on duty at the Exeter Public Library. He is employed by the Hu- ron Community Access Project (CAP) which is funding free Inter- net tutorials at Huron County li- braries until the end of, March. Helen Hodgins. Exeter library's branch supervisor praised Seabrook for his knowledge, and ability to teach people about the Internet. He is available after school and durin regular library hours in the March Break. - Ho Hodgins said most people hook- ing tutorials are adults since chil- dren already know their way around the World Wide Web. She advises people to phone ahead (235-1890)10 hook a time. The Huron Community Access Project is a joint initiative of local agencies that provides public ac- cess to the Internet and helps de- velop the skills needed to use the Internet effectively. Finding their way around. Matt Seabrook showed Exet- er Library branch supervisor Helen Hodgins around the In- ternet in a quick tutorial on Thursday. Seabrook is avail- able for free Internet tutorials at the Exeter Library until the end of March. Enlargement of Grand Bend health services sought By Chantal!
