Grand Bend Winter
Carnival a success
GRAND BEND - While the sun
may have melted a little of the ice
sculptures and snow was scarce for
sculpting people still seemed to
have approved of the unseasonably
warm weather on the"weekend at
the 12th Annual Grand Bend Win-
ter Carnival.
Footballs, hockey sticks and •
baseballs were in action and other
events. such as the teen dance.
Winter Olympics and the kids
drive-in movie at the legion were
great successes:
The cartival which hosts the
theme "Artigra." will continue un-
til Fch. 15.
