Wednesday afternoon tea was
served by Cathy Shantz. Adjuvant,
Ann Mca3ride. Hobby Room
Leader and Betty O'Brien, daugh-
ter of resident Lottie Gascho.
Everyone gathered in the auditori-
um for refreshments and home-
made cookies. Lace cloth and flow-
ers made the auditorium more. like
home for the afternoon activity.
In the evening the Dashwood
Women's Institute with Chair
Kathryn Becker, led an evi:ning of
entertainment for the January birth-
day celebrants. Three residents. all
in a row, celebrated their birthday
in January_- Janet Klecgcr on
. January 14; Harry Mass on'January
15 and Frieda Moore on January
16. Each resident •was, given a gift
from the Auxiliary. Becker,
Dorothy Restemayer, Kathy
Freiter, Eldene Wolfe. and Florence
Martine sang religious old favorites
and read poems for the residents.
