Darryl Hartman pitched seven complete innings and looked like he could go the distance before Dwayne McNab relieved him for the last two innings. •The bats continue to work for Ex- eter as Bill Hodge hit three singles out of his four turns at bat. Jamie Rolph hit a single and a stand-up triple, Jason Maskell had a double and Dwight-Gingerich chipped off three singles. Known more for it's defensive capabilities, Exeter has started the 1997 season with an offensive ex- plosion recording 28 runs in it's -last two games. The Co-op Juniors will host St. Marys on Thursday, but they may have a hard time extending the win- ning streak to three. Exeter edged them by one run in the season opener and St. Marys, no doubt, will be looking for some pay -back.
