The two Burlington women are presenting their seminar throughout e Ontario and they're coming to Grand Bend for one seminar only on May 25. Participants will receive a work- book that includes an 18 -week walk/run program, strength training exercises and stretches. No fancy equipment is needed, and you can do it on your own or with a friend. It's a safe and effec- tive program. i The seminar takes place May 25 om 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Southcott Pineo Clubhouse. The cost is $35 which includes the seminar and workbook.
