slated for
Grand Bend

The seminar prescribes the bene-
fits of fitness, goal setting, motiva-
tion techniques, and healthy eating
and good nutrition.
The two Burlington women are
presenting their seminar throughout e
Ontario and they're coming to
Grand Bend for one seminar only
on May 25.
Participants will receive a work-
book that includes an 18 -week
walk/run program, strength training
exercises and stretches.
No fancy equipment is needed,
and you can do it on your own or
with a friend. It's a safe and effec-
tive program.
i The seminar takes place May 25
om 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the
Southcott Pineo Clubhouse.
The cost is $35 which includes

SAINTSBURY - Hugh and Ha-
zel Davis were invited on May 15
to St. Paul's Cathedral in London
to celebrate the ordination of Kim-
berly Dawn •Van Allen to the Sa-
cred Order of Deacon in Christ's
Holy Catholic Church. Kim, her
husband Dale and children Dana
and Nicholas were former members
of St. -Patrick's before moving to
London.
On May 25, St. Patrick's will cel-
ebrate Morning Prayer on Trinity
Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
Caleb and Corbin MacGillivray
and their Circle of Friends group
were swimming at the Aquatic
Centre in London on Saturday.
Shannon Walzack was Sunday
visitor with Katie -Scarlett MacGil-
livray.
Ralph, Joyce and Darren Simp-
son were Saturday evening visitors
with the Davis's.
Heather, Courtney and Katie -
Scarlett MacGillivray were Satur-
day visitors with Joy Lavis of Clin-

St. Patrick's celebrated Holy Eu-
charist on May 18 at 10:30 a.m.
with The Rev. Stanley Jay offi-
cient.
The children's focus was about
the power of the Holy Spirit. The
Sunday School children sang the
hymn "Peace to You and Me" be-
fore going to their classes. Heather
MacGillivray and Rev. Jay read the
scripture readings.
Margaret Carroll assisted Rev.
Jay with the Holy Eucharist. A
