MOUNTAIN CABIN PROVIDES ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME
You won't be 'roughing' it in this effrcient'vacation home design which can be enjoyed all year
around.
A centraly located wood stove provides a comfortably warm atmosphere, and a hot water tank
under the stairs makes bathing and cleaning a whole lot easier than in the traditional rustic
cabin of yesteryear.
A large covered deck offers shelter for wet hunting and fishing gear as well as a spot for a
front porch swing. A back door leads into a storage area allowing you to hang up your coat and
store your gear before entering the main living area. .
An open plan for the Wing and dining room creates a spacious atmosphere accentuated by a
dramatic vaulted ceiling. The kitchen boasts an efficient working layout with an open counter
and breakfast bar to service the eating area.
The loft could be used as a games room or as a sanctuary for overnighters to roll out the
sleeping bags.
Plans for BH -104 may be obtained for $335.00 for a package of five complete sets of working
prints and $29.00 for each additional set of the same plan. Allow $15.00 extra to cover the
cost of postage and handling (B.C. residents add applicable sales tax to plan total). (All
Canadian residents add 7% GST to plan total plus postage and handling.)
This is one of our new designs. Many Innovative plans are now available In our home plan
catalogue for $13.85 including postage and handling and 7% GST.
