HEY CHR1SSY AND BECKY - Due to
the horrific smell of us girls which drove our
coaches, Chrissy Morgan and Becky Simp-
son out of the dressing room after our final
ringette game: we did not have a chance to
thank them for everything they had to put up
with throughout the season. These two led
all nine of us girls to a surprising silver med-
al in Oshawa. a gold medal at the Regionals,
a HiiionVenh title, and our amazing regular
season record. Thanks for everything, you
two made this a fun, and successful season.

Beloved husband of the late Velma (Squire)
Hodgins (November 19%). Dear father of
Gordon Hodgins and Diane Burnham of
Lancaster. Grant and Margaret Hodgins of
Granton, Allan Hodgins and Maxine Kent
and Avis and Larry Kilpatrick all of London.
Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3
great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Nelson
and Jean Hodgins of London. Predeceased
by a brother Kenneth (1993). 'The Funeral
Service will be held at St. James Anglican
Church. St. Marys. Interment St. James Ce-
metery. Clandeboye. Donations to the Onta-
rio Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Ca-
nadian Cancer Society would be appreciated

LOFTUS • Suddenly. but peacefully, at her
residence in Brampton on Friday, April 11,
1997, Mary Loftus, in her 96th year. Dearly
beloved wife of the late Francis Bettis and
the late Art Loftus. Loving mother of Au-
drey and her husband Bo Short and the late
William Bettis and his wife Nan. She will be
sadly missed by her 5 grandchildren; Mau-
rene. Lynn, Brian, Patricia and Cheryl. Pri-
vate services have taken place. If desired,

mobile accident, on Thursday, April 10.
1997. Wayne Anthony Masse of RR 3, Zu-
rich, Ontario in his 19th year. Loved son of
Gerard and Henrica Masse of RR 3 Zunch.

Anderson of London, Derek of Hensall and
fiancee Tracey Brand of Dashwood and
Pamela, Tanya, Lisa and Amy all at horse.

aunts.- uncles and cousins. Visitation was
held in the J.M. McBeath Funeral Horne. 49

p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The
Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Boniface
Roman Catholic Church. Zurich on Monday.

celebrant. Parish prayers were held in the fu-
neral home on Sunday at 8 p.m. Interment •

WATSON • Lulu F. Watson passed away at
her residence in Seaforth on Wednesday.
April 9. 1997. Born in McKillop Twp., July
23, 1915. she was the daughter of the late
Lorne and Ada (Lawrence) Webster. She
was married to Robert P. Watson, who pre-
deceased her in 1977. Dear sister of Audrey
Christie of Hensall. Also survived by nieces
and nephews. Dorothy and Fred McGregor.

O'Neill, Dena Babcock, Chris and Jim Cais-
sey. Jim and Betty Watson, Da”"id and Linda
