Phouvanath Ounsamone of Huron Park was tined S400 on a charge
of mischief. He is alleged to have kicked in the front door and tore off
a bannister at an apartment at 147 MainStreet in Exeter at 4:28 a.tn..on
December 14. 1996.
Duty counsel Kim.McLcan said the accused had been drinking sub-
stantially and he only remembers fighting twti i'nen and got the worst of
the fight. • • -
A tresposs fine
Norman McCabe of R.R. 3. Ailsa Craig will pay a fine of $100 atter
pleading guilty to a charge of trespassing at night The charge stemmed
from an incident on October 8, 1996 at an Algonquin Drive residence
in Huron Park. -
The accused failed to comply to two requests by police to leave the
property, and returned a third time.
To appear for sentencing
William Partridge of Sanders Street in Exeter will appear at the)
22 court session to be sentenced on seven charges.' They include threat-
ening bodily harm, assault, breach of probation. causing a disturbance
and failing to comply with a disposition.
