Question: How can I learn to manage
the loss of someone 1 love?
Answer: There are many things you
can do to help yourself; but first and
most important - face the crisis. By
actively facing the lass, you begin to
realize the full ' reality of what has
happened. It is from this reality that
the healing begins.
