('ongratulations U) the senior boys curling team, who did very well at
the Huron Perth tournament. They were recognized with an assembly
on Monday morning. They will now go to WOSSA on Thursday. Also
on Thursday. the badminton team will travel to Walkerton for their
first matches of the season.
This Friday. students of Mr.'Payette's will he hosting a Video As-
sembly. Here they will show clips of different scenes and activities
around the school.
Graduation photo retakes are after March Break on Tuesday. March

tures will start at 9 a.rn. and are in the blue room. i
Also on Tuesday. March 25. is the Huron Perth Basketball All Star
games. The junior game starts at 5:30 p.m. and the senior game will
follow it. 11 is in the large gym and anyone who wants to watch can
come.
The Reach for the Top teain's season is off to a good start. Ms.
Golding's team led by Gavin Poole will try and•kcep their hot streak
going on Wednesday. March 26, when they travel to Clinton.
• After March Break. there will he a dance called the 'Pirate Dance.'
1 -he date. time, and cost of the tickets have not yet been determined
but listen to the announcements for more details.
March Break starts this weekend so have a good time.

to Hugh Davis, who received a. Ser-
vice Award in recognition of 31
years as Road Superintendent for
Biddulph Township, presented by
the Honourable Al Palladini, Onta-
rio Minister of Transportation at
the awards luncheon held February
25 during the Ontario Good Roads
Convention at the Royal York Ho-
tel in Toronto. Hazel and daughter
Heather MacGillivray accompanied
Hugh to the convention.
A surprise was the arrival of Bid-
dulph Township Reeve Earl
French, Deputy Reeve Herman
Steffens, councillors Jim Barker.
Paul Wallis and Jim Shipley. Clerk
