vice op Sunday morning at Thatnes
Road -United Church. .
He told the children's story. "Re-
pentence." The choir sang "0 Mag-
nify" accompanied by organist
Agnes Brdy.
The title of Rev. Tolmay's ser-
mon was "Turning Things
Around.;

and Karen Etherington will provide
a program and the roll call will be
"Your favorite wedding song".
Group W will serve lunch.
There were 32 people at the an-
nual ciingregational meeting on
Sunday evening at Thames Road.
They enjoyed dessert and coffee
before the meeting. Rev. Tolmay
read scripture and led in prayer.

as chairperson -and Marilyn Pyin
was nominated as secretary. The
reports were received. .

ed St. Patrick's Morning Prayer ser-
vice on January 29 at 10:30 a.m.
Margaret Carroll led the service
from the Book of Common_ Prayer
=with Suzanne Davis reading the
scripture lessons. , -
The Sunday School focus was the
story "The Reluctant Prophet Jo-
nah." The tnessage was given by
Margaret Carroll entitled "Time is
Now. -
On February 2, St.,Patrick's will
celebrate the Holy Eucharist with
the Presentation of the Loyd service
at 10:30 a.ni. with Rcv. Stanley Jay
officient.
Sympathy is extended to the fam-
ily of the late Edna Shipley, a
friend of many at St. Patrick's. Her
sis,tpr- Lillius Powell was St. Pat-
rick's A.C.W. Prayer Partner for
many years during her time as a
missionary. :
