AIKENHEAD - William "Bill" Frederick
Aikenhead of Wallbridge (formerly of Tren-
ton), World War II Veteran with the Royal
Canadian Armed Forces and member of the
Royal Canadian Legion Branch #387, Frank -
ford. Suddenly at Belleville General Hospi-
tal on Saturday, November 23, 1996, Bill
Aikenhead, in his 72nd year. Loving hus-
band of 51 years of Freda Hill. Sadly missed
by his four daughters, Carolyn and her hus-
band, Martin Bos, Belleville; Yvonne and
her husband, Nello Berardo of Halifax; Pam-
ela and her husband, Dave Naugler of Wool-
er and Sandra and her husband, Ken Jackson
of Walibridge. Loving poppa of Tina, Ste-
ven, Troy, Lori and Jacqueline. Dear brother
of Jim, Elizabeth, Joyce, Amy and Olive.
There will be no visitation. A private family
funeral will be held on Wednesday, Novem-
ber 27, 1996 at 1:00. Rev. Jim Armstrong
officiating. Cremation. if desired, memorial

1996, John Andrew, Squadron Leader (Re-
tired) R.C.A.F., passed away at 82 years.
John is survived y his wife Gwen (Hicks)
Andrew; daughter Georigia (David) Rehill;
son Phillip (Anne) Andrew; four grandchil-
dren; also three sisters Hazel Dransfield,
Grace (Andy) Blair, Esther (Bill) Waterman,
and brother and sister-in-law Frank and Jan-

St. Marys on Friday. November 15, 1996.
Malcolm E. (Mac) Spence of Blanshard
Twp. in his 80th year. Beloved husband of
Margaret (Hera) Spence. Loving father of
Elaine Henry, Dorchester, Gene Spence and
Gay, Richmond Hill. Loving grandfather of
Adam and Kara Spence and dear step grand-
father of Tim and Dada and Mike. Dear
brother of David Spence and Pearl, St. Mar-
ys; Robert O. Spence and Edith, Barrie. Pre-
deceased by his parents Robert Spence and
the former Jane Foeheringham; a sister Irene
Hawkins and a son-in-law Gary Goulden.
Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Rested at the L.A. Ball Funeral Chapel (Ball
& Sass Funeral Homes Ltd.), Water Street
North, St. Marys where the funeral service
was held on Monday, November 18, 1996.
Mr. Bob Heywood of Exeter officiated. In-
terment followed in Granton Cemelety. Do-
nations to the Memorial Hospital, St.Marys;
Granton United Church or the charity of
one's choice would be appreciated as ex-
