SAINTSBURY - St. Patrick's
celebrated the morning prayer ser-
vice Reign of Christ Sunday with
the Sunday School children taking
the service.
Courtney MacGillivray led from
the Book of Alternative Services,
Crystal Davis gave the children's
focus "Whenever you did it for any
of my people, no matter how unim-
portant they seemed, you did it for
me; based on the scripture readings
which were given by Harley Davis
and Corbin MacGillivray. Caleb
MacGillivray led the Psalm and
Katie -Scarlett MacGillivray read
the Holy Gospel. Travis and Starr
Davis presented the offering. Mes-
sage was given and the children
closed with the Carey Landry hymn
"Peace to You and Me". Sunday

party. Grandparents Hugh and Ha-
zel and Linda Durnin were guests

Congratulations to Starr Davis
winning at TV and radio in the
door prize at the Dashwood Indus-
tries Christmas Party on Sunday.
St. Patrick's ACW will meet
Wednesday December 4 at 7:30
p.m. for their Christmas meeting at
Hazel Davis' home.
Area teacher Peter W. Snell
will release his debate C.D.
"I Like to Sing Songs" on
Thursday at the London Dis-
trict OA9ce of the Easter
Seal Society from 3 p.m to
7 p.m. The C.D. is a family
album for children of all
ages and money raised
from the sale of the product
goes toward The Easter
Seal Society of Ontario.

guitar for 35 years is best

HENSALL - The Sacrament of
Comnmunion was observed at Hen-
sall United Church. Rev. Annen's
sermon was "Surprise Sheeps and
Graceless Goats". The Children's
story was "Taking Care". The
greeters were Joanne and Gary
Moir and family. John Thomson
and Garry Alderdice were the ush-
ers with Raye Jacobe looking after
the elevator. A second offering was
taken for community outreach.
White Gift Sunday will be held
December 1. The Friendship Circle
meet December 2 at 1:30 p.m. at
the manse, please bring a gift for
Friendship House.
The Afternoon Ladies meet De-.
cember 5 at the manse at 2 p.m.
Rev. Annen will serve Commun-
ion at 2 p.m., December 3, at
Queensway. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. All reports
must be in by December 29.
The Hensall and community
Drop-in will be December 12.
A large crowd enjoyed the Para-
guayan Harp Concert on Sunday
afternoon. A coffee hour was en-
joyed following the concert.
Snowmobilers of Hensall and
area are reminded of By-law 010-
93, regulating the use of motorized
vehicles within the village of Hen-
sall. Snow machines are restricted
from sidewalks, shoulders, boule-
vards, and private property. Ma-
chines should be used by direct
routes in to, and out of the village.
Time is running out for persons
wanting to attend the Village of
Hensall Christmas Party. This
event is a fundraiser for the Hensall
Arena's self-propelled ice resurfac-
er project.
