Minor hockey scoreboard
The Exeter Broncos, Atom Travel tears, won their first
game of the season on Sunday beating Mount Brydges 3-
2. The game took place during the Exeter Minor Hockey
Association's Picture Weekend. The fundraiser was also
accompanied with a penny carnival and draw made possi-
ble by the donations of local businesses. Money raised
will help fund home tournaments. Above, Zak Homuth
swings into action for the Broncos.

hockey team remain undefeated in
regular league action after tieing
Aylmer at one at the South Huron
Recreation Centre on Saturday
night.
Jeremy Stewart scored for the
Chiefs in the second period off a
feed from Bryon Ellerington and
Brian Richardson to give Exeter the
tie.
Head coach Henri DeBruyn cred-
ited Nathan Hern's superb goal-
tending between the pipes for
keeping the Chiefs in the game
when Aylmer applied the pressure.
"Our guys didn't skate very well,
I thought we could have played het -
ter," said DeBruyn.
The Chiefs are now 1-0-1 and
will travel to Port Stanley on Tues-
day night for an 8:30 road game.
