Messengers dress up for Halloween They are having a Halloween party this Friday night. Rhoda Rohde Thames Road correspondent THAMES ROAD - Pastor Heath- er Smith of Centralia was in charge of the 115th Thames Road Church anniversary service on Sunday morning. Pastor Smith lir the candles on the birthday cake. She had tied col- ored balloons at the end of the front seats which added to the Thanks- giving decorations. Marlene Thornton of Exeter sang ForNSomlrtlg marriage - George and Bev Wright are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter Christina to Paul Scott son of Jim and Pat Scott. The wedding will take place October 26, 1996 at Mary Immaculate Church in London. two solos. Everyone enjoyed a piece of birthday cake afterward in the fel- lowship hall. On Friday evening, October 25 at 6:30 p.m. the Messengers are hav- ing a Halloween party at Thames Road. Parents are to bring sand- wiches or squares. On October 27 there will be an anniversary service at Elimville Church at 10 a.m. Guest minister will be Rev. Sheila McGregor. There will be no services at Thames Road. The Steering Committee of Com- munity of United Churches are planning a worship service for the evening of November 3 at Thames Thompson - Wagner Don and Ann Thompson and Earl and Glenda Wagner are pleased to announce the mar- riage of Chris and Lori Lynn. Stolen vehicle recovered in Tuckersmith USBORNE TOWNSHIP - A 1984 Pontiac was stolen from a res- idence on Concession 1 on Octo- ber 19.
