Run by one staff member and several volunteers, the program provides a break for the care giv- ers of clients with Alzheimer Dis- ease. Clients from Exeter and sur- rounding areas arc brought to the program on Fridays by a volunteer driver and enjoy activities such as euchre, dominoes, board games, bingo, golf and bowling. Daily walks and exercises to music are also included and recently clients enjoyed the Villa's show "Impres- sions of Elvis" and kc cream so- cial This is a satellite program of Hu- ron Adult Day Centre/Clinton and runs on Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A support group for Alzheimer Disease care givers also meets eve- ry first Monday of the month at 7 p.m. and the Advisory Board Meets on the third Monday of eve- ry month at 10 a.m. For more information about our programs for Alzheimer Disease call 235-4600 or (519) 482-7943.
