Q. What tool can you rent to
unplug drains and central
vacuum cleaners?
A.To unplug drains for
residential or commercial
use, most common used
are sewer snakes. These
come in various sizes and
lengths depending on the
requirements. To unclog
vacuum systems, the same
applies as on sewers. The
size tool depends again on the size and make of
the piping of the system.

Q. How important is location
when purdasing a home?
A. Location is extremely
important...
There is no substitute for a
thorough on-site inspection of
the subject property as well as
nig pry. The
inspection could reveal
a millions detrimental to the
re ala value of your property.
Your specific circumstances
usually dictate your location
criteria i.e. Parents with school age children generally
prefer a home near schools and recreation facilities •
Seniors usually like to reside close to hospitals,
shopping, and financial institutions. You should
always select a location that best suits your
requirements both for the present and the future - a
home is usually one of your largest investments.

Q. What product or products do
you recommend to clean vinyl
floors where dirt gets in the
grooves
A. We recommend the
Armstrong Cleaner called
Once 'n Done. This is a no
rinse floor cleaner that is
strong enough to remove dirt
from the grooves but will not
dull or harm your floor. To
remove tough dirt or wax
buildup on your vinyl floors,
we recommend the Armstrong

wax remover called New Beginning. A coat of polish
called Shinekeeper will restore the shine. All products

Q. How long should visitation
be?
A. "The funeral most times is
the only ceremony to which
none are invited but all may
come" When you have a
period of showing often
referred to as "the visitation"
you permit the family friends
and the community to express
their personal feelings and
respect for the deceased. It
will depend on how well the
deceased is known as to how long the visitation will
be. The final decision is always up to the family.
