In a skillet, add 2 tbsp. butter and brown 4 cutlets 2 min on each side. Add onions, 1 /2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. cranberry juice, thyme, salt and pepper and boil. Cover and let simmer over med. heat for about 5 min. Remove cutlets and set aside. Boil the drippings for another 7 or 8 min. until thicketed. Spoon over cutlets and serve.
