Piano recital for BW residents
ZURICH - Monday evening Idel-
la Gabel entertained the residents
with a piano recital by her students.

resse Bedard, Roberta Smith, Jenni-
fer Regier, Carrie Iliman, Stephanie
and Marcel Gelinas, Maggi Iliman,
Alisha Estep and Mollie Gowdy
performed for their attentive audi-

Many of the residents remember
the piano recital from the previous
year and could appreciate what had
been accomplished by the pianists
the past year.
Tuesday morning the Grade five
Buddies from St. Boniface School
visited the rest home and showed
the residents their collections.
Some brought baseball cards, dolls,
miniature toys, tractor collections
and discussed their collection with
their Buddy. The residents were en-
tertained with piano solos, dance
routines and gymnastic demonstra-
tions. Soon the children will be out
of school, but before they go they
plan a picnic with the residents on
June 17.
On May 27 a bus trip was en-
joyed by Nelson Howe, Esther Ma-
kins, Susan Leslie, Theodore (Ted)
Steinbach, Alice Knowles, Edna
Johnston, Catherine Riehl and An-
nie Martin. They toured Huron
Park, saw various kinds of aircraft
lined up near the runways for the
Grand Bend Air Show, travelled to
Greenway, Corbett,_ saw potato
farms and returned by Grand Bend
and St. Joseph.
