Lucan girls finish second
LUCAN - The Y.B.C. Combo
bowl was held on Sunday in Lon-
don. The Lucan Girls team finished
a strong second. Teaming up was
Ashley Smith, Bantam, with +20
pins over her average; Arden Can-
er, Junior, with a great +150 pins
over her average, and for the sen-
iors we have Laura Jacques with
+111 pins over her average. Con-
gratulations to these girls, they had
a total of 281 pins over their aver-
ages to the day. Also congratula-
tions to our boys team, Josh Smith,
Bantam, was 70 pins over his aver-
age; Matt Drugens, and Todd Gold-
ie. A great effort was made by

bantam (10 years and under), one
junior (11-13 years) and one senior
(14-18), won their respective divi-
sions Sunday with 357 and 308
pins over their team average in the
Bluewater three game playoffs at
Zurich Town and Country lanes.
Listowel's boys team finished
second at plus 324 and Zurich, led
by seven year old Thomas Grout's
120 pins over his average, Nathan
Zilnmerman's plus 40 and Jim De-
nomme's plus 69, finished a strong
third.
Molesworth and Port Elgin fin-
ished second and third in the Blue -
