By Stephenie Richards
McCurdy Public School
Dear Santa:
This year 1 have been preuy
good,
And I am trying something new!
I'm giving a little bit of me...
And expecting less from You!
Thanks for the trolls, the dolls
and the toys. I was just wondering
how do reindeer Dy? How many
elves do you have? What part of
the North Pole do you live in? I bet-
ter be going.
P.S. Have a merry Christmas.
And if there's room inside your
sack,
And you arc wondering about
me,
I'd really like to see a troll
Under my Christmas tree.

True Meaning of
Christmas
By Tara Ingram
Hensall P.S., Grade 8
Christmas day is full of glee,
The love and joy of family.
The giving and sharing of those we
love,
This was made possible by Christ
above.
And when you remember that
Christmas Day,
Your heart will soar and fly away.
You'll remember being with your
family,
Putting up the Christmas tree.
Every year is different, with new
;twists and bends,
Everyone together with family and ,
friends.
