That slightly out -of -focus vision, that
not -quite perfect co-ordination can get
a lot of laughs at a party. Out on the
road it brings tears.
Drunken drivers aren't the on-
ly staggering figures. The
statistics on car accidents
caused by them are pretty
'staggering, too. And, a lot of
people became statistics...
