Josey Christmas
Josey Christmas of Exeter has been helping people stay fit
through her volunteer efforts.
For the past two years she has been volunteering her time to
the Exeter Recreation Centre for morning and evening adult
aerobic classes as well as a kinder -gym program for young-
sters three to five years -old.
Christmas said she wanted to help with fitness activities to
do her part in promoting fitness, especially with children.
"Basically, it's an hour of playing fun games with the kids,"
she said of the kinder -gym activities.
But her volunteer efforts don't end with the recreation cen-
tre. She is also a volunteer for the Time -Out group at the Ex-
eter United Church, organizing workshops, crafts and other
activities for the Friday morning meetings.
' As well, Christmas is a volunteer on the board of the Sun-
shine Kids Co-operative Nursery and is on the Sunday School
Executive of the Precious Blood Church.

beautiful Christmas sing..eong. For
the church service on Tuesday, they
received their Cyst visit from Rev.
Armen of Hensall United Church.
The church room was absolutely
full. It was a real pleasure to have
Rev. Annen worshipping with us
and we welcome him back soon!
Special thanks to the women that
assisted with the service that day.
Three residents celebrated their
birthdays in style during the birth-
