Lanes will be hosting the five game
Bluewater Association zone roll -
offs of the Ontario Five Pin Bowl-
ers' Association (O.F.P.B.A.)
Youth Challenge Sunday at 11 a.m.
All bowlers 13 years of age but
not yet 19 as of December 31 are
eligible to compete in the
O.F.P.B.A. Youth Challenge if they
reside in the Bluewater Association
zone.
The top seven men and top seven
ladies plus the next highest scoring
bowler Sunday will form `ladies,
men's and mixed Bluewater teams
in the six game match play
O.F.P.B.A. Regional January 16 at
Owen Sound leading to the
O.F.P.B.A. Provincial Champion-
ship March 26.
Special Old League Executive
Joyce Morden, Donna Webster
and Gary Huston will represent the
Zurich 5 Pin Bowlers' Association
in the Hiram Walker Special Old
Provincial League Executive
Championships January 29 in Wa-
terloo. .
Morden won the Zurich Associa-
tion treasurer's division of the three
game rolloff with 76 pins over her
Wednesday league average Sunday
at Zurich Town and Country Lanes.
Webster, from the same league,
took the president's title with 57
pins over. Huston, with 36 pins
over, will represent the Zurich As-
sociation as secretary of the Tues-
dpy men's league.
Listowel Association approved
The Bluewater Association zone
executive and the ,O.F.P.B.A. have
approved formation of a newly or-
ganized Listowel Bowlers' Associa-
tion.
Strop's Ontario Open
Shah's Ontario Open entries,
with a December 1 deadline, are
available at all BiuewatervAssocia-
tion bowling centres. Bluewater's
20 game zone finals will be Decem-
ber 5 and 12 at Mitchell, Moles-
worth, Lucknow and Goderich.
Qualifiers will represent Bluewater
in the Ontario Open Champion-
ships Much 30 to April 2 in Hamil-
ton.
