AGINCOURT COLLEGIATE LANCERS City: Agincourt Team Colours: Green and White Coach: Colette Cunningham -Reiman Associaton: Scarborough Secondary School Athletic Association (S.S.A.A.A.) Their trip to OFSAA: In 1990, the Lancers hosted and won the provin- cial title. To get to Exeter this year, they beat Dr, Norman Bethune Colle- giate 2-1 on penalty strokes. CONFEDERATION HS. CARDINALS City: Nepean Team Colours: Red and White Coach: Jim Whiteside Association: National Capital Regional School Athletic Association (N.C.R.S.A.A.) Their trip to OFSAA: This is the fnt time since 1987 for the Cardi- nals. To get to Exeter, they beat South Carleton in overtime. City: Don Mills Team Colours: Black and Gold Coach: Jan Green Association: Tri -City Their trip to OFSAA : In 1992, the Bruins, despite having 10 starters in Grade 10, made it to the final tournament where they finished in the lower eight. City: Lakefield (north of Peterborough) Team Colours: Red and White Coach: Robin Todd Association: Central Ontario Secondary School Association (C.O.S.S.A.) Their trip to OFSAA: This is Lakefield's first trip to OFSAA. To get to Exeter, they beat Adam Scott, who represented that association last year, in round-robin play. `S. BLACK KNIGHTS City: Kingston Team Colours: Black and Gold Coach: Liz Westgarth Association: Eastern Ontario Secondary School Association Their trip to OFSAA: in 1992, the Black Knights won the silver medal as they were beaten: by the Panthers. Their trip to OFSAA: This is the Maruaders first trip to the tourna- ment. They won both games in their pool at the W.O.S.S.A. tournament on the weekend. They should have many fans at the games. City: Toronto Team Colours: Red and Grey Coach: Pat Dartford Association: Toronto Secondary School Women's Athletic Association (T.S.S.W.A.A.) Trip to OFSAA: This is the first trip to the tournament for the T.N.T. To get to Exeter, they beat Humberside 1-0 in penalty strokes. EIL'C.N11 'R -7 ry City: Oshawa Team Colours: Red, Green and Gold Coach: Marg Pearson Association: Durham York Secondary School Athletic Association (D.Y.S.S.A.A.) Trip to OFSAA: The last time the Redman were at OFSAA was 1989. City:Parry Sound Team Colours: Red and Grey Coach: Sue Whitley Association: Georgian Bay Secondary School Association (G.B.S.S.A) Trip to OFSAA: These Panthers the South Huron version are no strangers to the tournament, last year reaching the quarter -finals. To get to Exeter, Parry Sound beat Rosseau Lake College 5-0, ••• Yy 6 /..•••• fir ',1i Schools: Either Lorne Park Spartans or Port Credit Warriors Association: Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association (R.O.P.S.SA.A.) Note: The Spartans andWarriors met in their association final at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Larne Park is:a strong team with four or five provincial team players. The Spartans were at OFSAA last year. City: Oakville Team Colours: Royal Blue Coach: Lynda Saunders Association: Golden Horeseshoe Athletic Conference (G.H.A.C.) Their trip to OFSAA: This is the first time to the tournament for the Eagles. To get to Exeter, they beat Hamilton Glendale 3-1. i S ] City: St. Catharines Team Colours: Orange and Black Coach: Nancy Whiuy Association: Southern Ontario Secondary School Association (S.O.S.S.A.) Their trip to OFSAA: In 1992 at OFSAA, the Tigers finished in the lower eight. To get to Exeter, they beat Hagersville 1-0. This is their fifth time to the tournament. SOITH HURON D "PANTHERS.-' City: Exeter Team Colours: Black and Red Coach: Jim Workman Association: Western Ontario Secondary School , Association (W.O.S.S.A.) Their trip to OFSAA: In 1992 the Panthers brought the provincial title home to Exeter with a 2-0 win over Kingston's LaSalle. South Huron beat North Middlesex 3-0 to win W.O.S.S.A. SYNDENHAM{.
