thank God for the safe arrival of their first
daughter, Lexi Mary -Elizabeth. Our pre-
cious little bundle of joy arrived on July 8 at
8:23 a.m. weighing 8 lbs. 1 oz. Spoiling

and Mary Gardiner, Aunue Jenn, and Mary

NIKSCH • Irene C. Age 83 of Hoban, Indi-
ana poised away at St. Mary Medical Cen-
ter, Tuesday, July 6, 1993. Bom in Stephen
Township, Huron County, Ontario, she was
a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Ho-
bart. Predeceased in death by her husband
Laverne H. Niksch who passed away in
1990. Survived by 1 son Laverne E. quire -
bah) Niksch of Pottage, 1 daughter Mrs.
Mary L. (Michael) Smith of Hobart, 1 sister
Olga Bern, Woodham, Ontario, 3 grandchil-
dren, Jeremy and Jaime Smith and Julia
Niksch, and many nieces and nephews. Pre
Pre-
deceased by her sister Esther Stenon (1992)
and her brother Edwin Marlene (1993), both
of Dashwood, Ontario. Funeral service was
held Friday, July 9, 1993 at 11 arm. at Trin-
ity Lutheran Church, Hobart. Interment Ev-
ergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, Hobart.

McDONALD - I want to say a big thank
you to all my friends Yrom this area who at-
tended my retirement evening in Coruna. It
was so good to see friends from Londesbo-
rough United Church. Hensall United
Church and Ontario Street United Church as
well as from Benmiller, Goderich, Clinton,
Londesborough Hensall and Exeter and sur-
rounding area.
To all who attended, contrib-
uted to the most generous gift and sent cards
and greetings, my deepest appreciation. I
will always cherish the years I spent in the
church and community of Londesborough,
and Hensel! as well as working with the
churches and communities throughout Hu-
ron County in the seventeen years spent with
you. As I take my early retirement, I hope
this will give me mole time to see my
friends. Your friendship is precious to me.

tal and since returning home. Special thanks
to Aldene Wolfe who took me to the doctor
and hospital; also to Dr. Wallace and the
nurses who took special care of me; and Pas-
tor Larry for his visits and prayers. Lau but

concem showed to me from Leeland and
Donna while in hospital and since morning
