The first phase of the new expan- sion which will be followed by three more, one each over the next three years, was officially opened Friday by Jack Riddell, Chairman of the Huron Country Playhouse's Board of Directors. He also said the theatre is proud of the mark it has made on thetour- ist, economic and culture develop- ment of the local region. Prior to Friday night's perfor- mance of Oliver, Reimer said, "en- joy not only the wonderful children but think about the possibility that someday,their children may play on this stage." Indeed, Oliver is filled with chil- dren, ...but more on this wonderful musical production later....
