Grand Bend United Church
Pastor Colin Stover's sermon
topic last Sunday morning was
"Absence makes the heart grow
fonder," with scriptures from -1 Pe-
ter 3:13-22 and John 14:15-21,
read by•Ann Russell.
The children's hymn was, "Come
children join to sing", and Pastor
Colin's story to them was an object
lesson with a tape recorder.
Today the Junior Choir sang,
"Jesus loves you", and the adult
choral offering was "O, That I had
a thousand voices", accompanied
with flute played by Lynn Tremain
and piano by !della Gabel. Both
numbers received hearty applause.
