aches and 75% of the population suffer from them.
Emotional stress and fatigue cause contractions of
the neck and shoulder muscles resulting In a dull,
steady pain across the forehead.
Fatigue and depression plague many people. but it Is often a vicious cir-
cle. We are often too tired to exercise but if we did, our fatigue very of-
ten lessens. Exercise is a good way to help your body handle the physi-.
cal and emotional stress we face dally. Give it a try!
On average, if a man reaches the age of 65, he can expect to live an-
other 15 years. For women, it Is almost 19 years.
This is a good time of year to reinforce the benefits of "Medic -Alert", a
great way of ensuring that caregivers know, in an emergency situation,
about any serious medical or allergy problems you may have. For a nom-
inal fee, the Information is engraved on a bracelet or pendant with a
phone number. Wherever you are in the world, that number can be
called and help can be given. Ask our pharmacy staff about this worth-
while service.
