Lies Parkview Place news LUCAN - A social evening was lseldat•Parkview place on April 12. Hostess was Shirley Mason, with Jo Club and Chris Hall. The seniors have decided to have a Yard Sale on June 19 so everyone was asked to save their treasures as they did their housecleaning. The plan is to combine this with a bake and craft table. Also in the works is a strawberry social in June. Entertainment for the evening was the music of Murray Christie fr and Mary F. Dow. Murray's wife Margaret was with them and all en- joyed meeting her and listening to the songs of yesteryear. After the music ended, everyone made a paper hat with paper plates and ribbon provided by Jo Clubb. The "best hat" was given to Ruby Morley for her portrayal of Minnie Pearl; door prize won by Lil Dobbs. The evening closed withcoffee and birthday cake.
