EXETER - Students at South Hu-
ron District High School are in the
final stretch with .preparations for
the play Bring Back Birdie.
"lt's .siarcing to come together,"
said Kendra Fenwick.
For the more than one hundred
students involved in the production
free time during lunch, after school
and weekends , is now occupied
with rehearsals for some segment .

When the students auditioned for'
the play in the winter all they knew
was that it was going to be a come-
dy.
As it tums out, it's also a musical.
As a sequel to Bye Bye Birdie the
play takes place 25 years Later.
Brent Jesney plays the role of
Conrad, a 50s. rocker who has gone
underground. "Now he wants to
