HENSALL - While the Huron -Perth ringette season continues in
all divisions, the Exeter and Area District Ringette Association
teams are looking towards their playoff tournaments.
The South Huron Recreation Centre in Exeter will be the site of
the Huron -Perth tween division final tournament on Saturday.
March 27. The following day, the petites are scheduled to have
their event in Hensall.
Also on the 28th, the juniors will be in Goderich while the novic-
es head to Forest. April 3-4 will see the top two teams in each di-
vision play in Seaforth for the Huron -Perth title. Regional tourna-
ments are scheduled for April 9-11 in London.

Zurich's bantam (10 and under)
girls team of Jenny Hardy, Laura
Shanks, Stacey Butson, Becky Mei-
dinger and Shannon Wilcox fin-
ished second in its division with a
score of 1,841 in a field of 10
teams. Owen Sound took the Blue -
water team title with 1,921. Gode-
rich finished fourth at 1,834.
Shaun Ducharme, 10, represent-
ing Zurich, rolled games of 169,
199, 161, 144 and 188 fora 861 to-
tal pinfall, 136 pins over his 145
Y.B.C. league average, to take sec-
ond spot in the bantam boys singles
at Goderich. The bantam boys team
title was taken by Goderich at Mo-
lesworth lanes.
Master- Bantam
When nine-year-old Ryan Par-
sons found out Saturday morning in
the Y.B.C. league that he had a sec-
ond chance to qualify for the Mas-
ter Bantam Regional tournament,
he went right to work and bowled a
619 triple score, including a 304
single game. It made him the num-
ber one qualifier.
Shannon Wilcox, with 471,
Shaun Ducharme with 489 and Jen-
ny Hardy with 469 also qualified to
bowl with Zurich Master Bowlers'
Bev and Mike Cregan in the Mas-
ter -Bantam Regional March 14.
