Christmas
By Julie Semple
Zurich P.S. Grade 8
Snow is falling from the sky,
Christmas time is close by.
Children's hearts are filled with
cheer,
The time they've been waiting for is
almost here.
Christmas is a time to think of how
it began,
So long ago in Bethlehem
A time to be with friends you know
Spreading love and joy wherever
you go.

It's December 24th, Christmas night.
So let's give thanks to God above
For giving us his Son to love.
Christmas Time

Christmas is a time of joy
All because God sent his boy
We celebrate this day of love
When they first saw the star above.
Christmas is a time to share
The happiness knowing God cares.

By Cecelia Corbett
Hensel) Public School, Grade 3
Christmas is a time to give and to
think of others. And give presents
to others and to give warm fuzzies
to people. To receive presents from
others and warm fuzzies. Not to
get cold prickles. That's what
Christmas is all about. to give to
others.
