Twas the night before Christmas
when all through the mall
Not a toy was stirring, not even a
doll,
The windows were held so tight
with their locks,
• Ticking away the time, til Christ-
mas was the .clock.
The shelves were all filled with
such beautiful toys,
Wishing to be owned by happy
girls and boys.
Christmas is...

Christmas is when Jesus was born
in Bethlehem. Christmas is giving
presents to friends and family.
Christmas is stockings_hung by the
fireplace. Christmas is joy and
singing Chnrsunas carols.
Christmas is opening presents with
the family. Christmas is putting
decorations on the tree. Christmas
is putting a wreath on a door.
Christmas is when Santa and the
elves pack a sleigh. •
We wish to take this opportunity to thank our customers tea

The Donkey from the
Christmas Story

"Hello, I'm the Donkey from the
Christmas story. My name is Ed-
ward. I think I will tell you about
the first Christmas. Well, here I go!
•A long, long time ago in a place
called Nazareth,' two people named
Mary and Joseph were having a
good life. While Mary was cooking
an angel from heaven came down
and said to her, "You shall have
God's Son." Mary thought that was
impossible! But because she prayed
every day God-ahose her. She was
amazed, very amazed that God
picked her to be the -mother of Je-
sus.
But King Herod wanted to know
how many people got born. in .his
town.. So with Mary being pregnant
.to.Baby Jesus.. they iode.all.the way
Christmas Cheer

The girls end boys shouted good
night,
For old Kris Kringle arrives to-
night.
The presents are opened on Christ-
mas Day,
The family is happy and shouts
hurray!
They sing songs of Joyandforgiv-
ing peace,
The family 'prepares for a great
Christmas feast.
Once they -are full of.tasty Christ-
mas treats
They•lay by the -fire and fall fast
asleep.

Bethlehem where Jesus was born
W is for wisemen who gave gifts to
Jesus
X is for
presents.
Y is for young .children waiting for
Xmas when you give

finally one of the innkeepers
said, "You can stay in my stable
out back." So they stayed back
there for the night. There the Lard
Jesus was born.
Far in the fields there were some
shepherds watching their sheep.
Suddenly .an angel from heaven
came down and said, "Do not .be
afraid. 1 bring to you great new of
Joy! Tonight in the town of David
the Savior is born!"
Then choirs of angels sang, prais-
ing the Lord, singing, "Glory to
God -in -the- highest and on -earth
peace to men."
On the 'stable a beautiful glitter-
ing star shone so bright. The wise -
men followed that .beautiful star to
find the Saviour, the Perfect One!
