KIPPEN - The members and hus-
bands enjoyed a delicious dinner at
Kate's Station Restaurant, Vanastra.
We then assembled at the Alder -
dice home for a short programme.
Mona Alderdice gave a reading
"T'was the Bike before Christmas".
Grace Drummond gave the smile
and a reading "One Magic Christ-
mas, everything went right". Rena
Caldwell hada contest on "Weeds".
Everyone enjoyed a few games of
cards, pool and shuffleboard. They
had an exchange of Chnstmas
presents.
The roll call as "A Christmas gift
1 would like to -get".
The hostess served tea and fruit -
bread..
_Everyone was reminded the. Hu-
ron South District 90th Anniversary
on January 5, 1993 at Dashwood
Community Centre.

held at St. Patrick's on Thursday
eveningat 6:45 p.m.
There -will be no Service at St.
Patrick's on December 27. The Par-
ish service is to be held at St:
Thomas in Granton at 10:00 a.m.
"Sunday, January 3, Epiphany
(Year A), the service of Morning
Prayer will be held at "House
Church"; 8:30 a.m. at the home of
Hugh and Hazel Davis. Scripture
readings to be Isaiah 60:1-6, Ephe-
sians 3:1-12, Responsive reading
Psalm 72:1-14, The Holy Gospel
Matthew 2:1-12.
Sony to report Mary Davis is un-
der the doctor's cart and confined
