The survey results show that av-

creased marginally by 2.1 percent
to 5536.600, between December
31, 1989 and December 31, 1991.

The study was undertaken to pro-
vide data to evaluate and measure
changes in the financial situation of

Revision of Electrical Rates for the Town of Exeter
The Exeter Public Utilities Commission has been advised by On-
tario Hydro that it is adjusting the wholesale rale to the Utility by
8.2% effective January 1, 1993.
The Commission has reduced its capital budget for 1993 in order
to enable them to absorb some of this increase in rates, but has
no alternative but to pass some of the increase in the cost of elec-
tricity to its customers.
The Commission will increase retail rates by 6.0% and this will re-
sult in a monthly increase of $4.90 for a residential customer with
a 1000 kilowatt hour consumption.
