Davenport, Iowa. Graduation
ceremonies were held Octo-
ber 16. 1992 and Kevin grad-
uated as valedictorian of his
class. Kevin has set up prac-
tice on Richmond Street in
London, Ontario.
Lucan Seniors
LUCAN - A large crowd gathered
at the Lucan Legion on Thursday
for a euchreama.
Harry Noels assisted by Gotc
Wennestrum conducted the cards.
It began at 10 a.m. playing euchre
until noon when a lovely lunch was
served. The games continued after
noon hour. Prize winners were: high
scores Barbara Santanrea, Gordon
Clubb. Lone hands Lena Stokes,
Lloyd .Durr, low score Nolo Lewis
Mary Scott (mans card). In between
high and low scores Agnes Hotaon,
Bob Morton.
Tickets were sold for share the
wealth and warners were Marg
Young. Rose Athinson, Mary Kooy.
Edith Eaton, Marjorie Steeper and
Jo Moore. Another euchreama will
be held in April.

DAV-MOOD - The citizenship
and legislation meeting was held
last Tuesday.
The meedng opened with a jour-
ney across Canada, noting the heri-
tage -of each'provinee.
The roll call was name the birth-
place or our grandparents. it was
answered by 16 members and 4
visitors.
Highlights of the London Con-
vention were given by Sherrie Ed-
wards. Martha Weigand rernerted
on the board meeting held in Hen
salt.
Program conveners were Martha
Weigand, Kiethe Rreiter. A rend
ing was given entitled "Did you
Forget."
Jane Hayter entertained on the
piano and also a -solo.
Guest speaker was Mrs, Metzger
and her family who came from
Oermany to live in Canada as their
home.
