' sm. mit atag; err MR ae *I .1111 WOI UM , . aaw Exeter Pentecostal Tabernacle Women's Mlnlstrles hold meeting EXETER - The Women's Ministries from the Exeter Pentecostal Tabernacle, was held at the home of Ruth McClaren, Thursday at 2 p.m. Jean Triebner presided over the service and led in the hymns "Beulah Land" and "Come and Dine". Ada Triebner accompanied on the piano. Ruth McLaren opened the meeting in prayer. The roll call was taken by Shirley Prouty and answered by a scripture verse on food. There were 11 present. In 'the business, it was decided to send $100 to the Mozambique feeding program. Shirley Prouty read a poem "I Needed the Quiet" by Alice H. Mortensen. Ella Tinney gave a Missionary reading concerning - the ministry of ReN. Allen Lawe who worked among the Estonian people. Phyllis Renick gave the message. Her theme was "Lest We Forget". The texts Joshua 4:6-9 and Exodus 3:14. RECOGNIZING THESE SIGNS COULD SAVE YOUR CHILD'S LIFE. We are concerned about electrical safety for children. The Legion also donated $200 so that Steve Dubany and Ja- son Heywood can play in the Junior B Showcase hockey game in Samia on November 18. All Saints Day at St. Patrick's By H. Davis SAINTSBURY - Si Patrick's cel- ebrated the Holy Communion Ser- vice on Sunday, All Saints Day. This is one of the great festivals of the Christian Year. Rev. Emery said it is a time to celebrate the sharing in the Communion of Saints: the great company of Chris- tian believers, past and present. Margaret Carroll was reader for the service and Cheryl Carroll pro- vided the music. Parish Bible study this week will be held on Wednesday at the home of Mary Jefferies.
