to make an omelet, which makes a
nutritious and yummy meal.

Luanne Phalr and Diene Yavorsky of Hensall brought their
mugs so some hot cider provided by the Ausable Bayfleld Con-
servation Authority could accompany them on their hike
through the Bannockbum Wildlife Area Sunday afternoon. De-
spite the sleet, slush, snow and mud, about 100 people at-
tended the ninth annual hike along the nature trails, perhaps
separating the true nature lovers from those who lust like to
walk in the woods.
