In a thrilling overtime victory, the junior Panthers won 52-49 as Heather Davies netted 12 points and Candace Miller added 10. Both the midget and senior teams also won. Monday afternoon in Exeter, both the junior and senior squads made it two in a row as the seniors, paced by the 15 point performance of Sta- cey Rader, beat Wingham's F.E. Madhill 32-20 while the juniors won 38-19. Miller led the juniors with 13 points, nine of those in the second half, while Davies added nine. There was no midget game. In exhibition action on Friday, the junior Panthers beat Stratford Central 31-28 as Karey Youmans had 13 points. The seniors also beat Central while the midgets were de- feated. . Molly McClure had the best South -Huron finish as the junior was second in her division while Sarah Battersby was 32nd and Jana Webster, 53rd. Rob Miller and Shawn McCurdy ran for the junior boys while Carrie Ducharme was 22nd in the senior girls division. Scott McDonald was the best midget as he was 48th in a field of 83 followed by teammates Bryce Hahn, Eric Hundey, Jeff DeBloek, Steve Straw and Mike Schmidt. At the recent Aylmer Relays, McClure was first in junior girls and in the boys A division, Dan Vanderlaan was second and Mike Coolman finished fourth. In a meet in Toronto, McClure was 16th; Vanderlaan, 27th and Schmidt, 101st.
