In girls pairs, Jaek1yn Wright and Laura Pearson captured the gold medal as they came up with wins of 29-7, 14-12, 10-9 and 20-11 in the final. The boys pairs duo of Shawn and Allan McPalls also struck gold as they won 18-10, 12-11 and a tie- breaker 5 -4 -before taking the final 16-12. -Andrea Weigand won a gold medal in girls singles competition as she won by sabres of 21-14, 7-5 and 7-3. Weigand, Wright and Pearson teamed to win the !maze in trebles with Scones of 14-9 and 39-7. The Exeter bowlers were coached by Peter and Gloria 11rfcFalls.
