wedding of Gerard Winfred,
son of Warren and Helen Re-
gier of RR3 Zurich and Lisa
Elizabeth Dorothy, daughter
of Lawrence and Madeline Zil-
er of Dashwood. The ceremo-
ny took place on Saturday,
June 27, 1992 with Father J.
Bagatto officiating. Matron of
honour was Darlene Salmon
and bridesmaids were Bonnie
Ziler, Jo -Anne Piper and Janet
Lavery. Flowergirls were Nate -
he Ziler and Ashley Piper
while ringbearer was Justin
LaPorte. Groomsman was Mi-
chael Regier and the ushers
were Dwayne LaPorte, Kevin
Lavery and Michael Ziler.
Readers were Theresa La-
Porte and Joanne Regier. Al-
ter boy was Stephen Regier
and gift bearers were Theresa
LaPorte and Carolyn Love. Af-

fter the wedding a reception
was held at the Hensall Com-
munity Centre. The bridal
couple travelled to the east
coast for their honeymoon
and the couple will reside at
Lucan.

CENTRALIA - There will be no services at the United Church on Sun-
day. July 28 owing to Usborne Sesquicentennial church service. •
The Official Board of the Centralia and Zion charge will meet at Cen-
tralia church at 8 p.m. in the church basement on Wednesday, July 15 (to-
night). Next Sunday's guest minister will be Micheline Montrieul of Gode-
rich.
Congratulations to Ross and Carolyn Kellar (nee. Conlin) who were mar-
ried on Saturday at Mt. Carmel with reception at Lucan Arena. We are
happy to report that Grandma Conlin was able to maid the wedding cele-
brations following her surgery in Victoria Hospital, London recently.
AI and Pat Hartford and family have moved from their home on Victoria
-St.-to.their-new home -at Sunset Coves, RR2, Zurich. We will miss them
but wish them well in their new surroundings. Ron and Kelli Kennedy and
small son have purchased the Hartford house.
It was one round of celebrauons for Mary Kooy who had a birthday on
Sunday, July 12. On Thursday 1 was a guest of Carol Mills of Exeter for
brunch at Heywoods restaurant. On Friday my son Clayton, Alice and
lamely held a -birthday party for ]bonnie Kooy. Mary-Kooy and Carmen
Cable (all holding birthdays).
On Saturday evening neighbours and fnends gathered at my home and
on Sunday it was away to my niece Joyce and Pete Sovereign of Lucan for
a family dinner. I would like to thank everyone for cards, gifts and flowers
and get togethers. 1t was greatly appreciated.
