Lions Last Wednesday, the Lions held their last dinner meeting for the summer at the Dominion Tavern with their wives as guests. The in- stallations of new officers was held. The Lions hosted a ball tour- namenrover the weekend and were reminded that the Youth Camp in St. Marys will be needing their help on July 12. Lions Doug Turk - helm and Dave Heimrich recently attended the MDA Convention held in Niagara Falls. Secretary Louis Willert presented perfect attendance pins to Kevin McKinnon, Joe Kenda Jr., Doug Ttrkheim and Don O'Brien. Blue Water dinner Once again the annual family din- ner for the residents of the Blue Water Rest Home was a large suc- cess. Held Sunday, nearly 300 din- ers were served. Members of the board along .with wives and the auxiliary were on hand to help. Musical entertainment was pro- vided and tickets were sold on a quilt to be drawn at the Bean Festi- val, August 22.
