DESERONTO - The Lucan peeweeaare now tied in the Ontario Minor
Hockey Association 'CC.championshipues they split a pair of games with
Deseronto on the weekend.
Saturday it was Lucan's Josh Jkppleman_leading the way with a pair of
goals and an assist in a 6-4 win but theoffence ooukfn't fire the next day
as Lucan lost 2-0.
Lucia' took an early 2-0 lead m the first game but Deseronto battled
back and it was 4-3 for the home team after two periods of play. But the
rest of the game belonged to Lucan as they dominated the third period and
scored three times.
Also scoring for Lucan were Adam Duskocy, Jeremy Cornish, Ryanl.
Carroll and Kurt Hardy. Chad.Ostro}ee had an outstanding garne with
three assists while Cary. Smith heipediset up a pair of goals. Also assist-
ing were Ryan Carroll, .Marty -McLaughlin, Brent Bellamy and Mike
Wragg.
